In Class: We started class talking about possible programs for Freshmen and Sophomore students and went down to the library to have students talk to various departments about their future classes at Taft (see CPS email for Programming worksheets); We then reviewed the previous day's material by filling out the Rotations Foldable; Students then had the opportunity to work on the examples in the foldable. In Class: We started class by doing a double reflection to create a rotation; We then practiced rotations with Patty Paper; Finally we looked at relationships between the pre-image and image coordinates when you rotate 90, 180, and 270 degrees counterclockwise.
